The hand-applied dry-brushing effect on the aluminum surface is just one of the notable details on the dining table. The cast top has a basket weave center, a braided perimeter, and what appears as sliced bamboo within a mitered rectangular frame. At the center is a removable monogrammed insert for an umbrella pass-through. The stately double pedestal base is attractive is the ideal support, but is also designed to accommodate the umbrella stand. However the removable monogram is attractive as the center of the top surface when choosing not to use an umbrella.
